A one bed villa with a simple layout orientated around a Frangipani tree courtyard and ocean & pool views . The courtyard connects all the spaces together with bifolding windows to help the circulation flow and to give the living room more space for socialising. A charming wood house with a simple pitched shingle roof, Ulin wood columns and horizontal teak door & windows, it has a feeling of natural glamour – effortlessly balanced with comfort at every turn.

Each villa has sustainable features including; roofs with integrated rainwater catchment systems that lead to large ground tanks where water is cleaned, stored and recycled, septic tanks that ensure all waste is treated on site before being let out into the environment and chlorinated salt water swimming pools to reduce the use of chemicals. Finally, the architecture celebrates a variety of local natural and recycled materials with particular focus on reclaimed woods.

Layout: Designed for a couple, the generous sized spaces offer a comfortable kitchen, living & dining space with plentiful natural light and integrated climate control, an outdoor courtyard connected to the plunge pool, king bedroom with TV, walk in wardrobes, indoor en-suite with his and hers vanities and an outdoor shower & bath.
